About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Owner with responsibilities as a Lead Digital Product Manager to manage the backlog and prioritization of work across delivery teams.  You will engage and collaborate with Managers, Product Managers, and Customers as part of the product operating model, serve as the key engagement and relationship owner for product area customers/consumers, and support people managers in performance and team alignments based on delivery work and team dynamics/competencies.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact

  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning

  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area

  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors

  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements

  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience driving and leading organizational change in a dynamic environment

  • Demonstrated experience in large scale program/project management, matrix environment management, Agile delivery, Kanban, Scrum, or other related competencies

  • Demonstrated communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills

  • 3+ years of business continuity planning experience

  • Related certifications for Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI)


Job Expectations:

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

  • Ability to travel up to 25% the time

Pay Range:

  • New York - New York City Pay Range: $115,900 - $206,100 Annually

Pay Range

$96,600.00 - $171,800.00 Annual
