From your PASSION to ours

We are looking for a highly collaborative, results oriented digital master to join our high performing and dynamic marketing team. As a key member of the team, the Digital Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Marketing, will play a critical role leading the day to day operations, including campaign adaptation, roadmap development on digital and social channels for all Lactalis Heritage Dairy brands. We are looking for a strategic digital problem-solver who can enhance and align our campaigns and mission into a synergistic digital experience that inspires, provokes, and engages consumers along their journey with our brands.  This digital master will be a true collaborator with proven experience integrating across internal and external teams to drive best-in-class digital executions that lead to increased consumer brand loyalty and purchase frequency. This team member will also ensure brand consistency and enhance the industry benchmarks for all digital channels including website, blogs, CRM,  SEO and SEM.  And finally, this role requires an innovative planner and idea-generator who leverages human insights and data to assess, build, and lead integrated digital activations, optimizing a consumer-first journey and end-to-end digital roadmap.  

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Work with Director of Marketing and all internal stakeholders of brands to develop and execute digital marketing plans with the goal of accelerating growth, consumer engagement, and sentiment for all Lactalis Heritage Dairy Brands 
• Work directly with Creative Agencies for all brands to adapt campaigns to enhance all digital platforms inclusive of internal and customer activations 
• Create and manage social strategy for all Lactalis Heritage Dairy Brands 
• Use best-in-class methods and technologies to recommend and implement ways to enhance the overall digital user experience across all Lactalis Heritage Dairy Brands 
• Lead the execution of our website content updates including landing pages, product pages, recipes, blog, and content rich pages – creating new pages when needed  
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of our digital engagement campaigns, with the goal of utilizing best practices & learnings to further boost performance 
• Collaborate with Culinary Group to develop and disseminate Recipe Content for websites and shopper marketing group to drive incremental usage 
• Maintain a central digital calendar reflecting all owned campaigns and initiatives that might shape Lactalis Heritage Diary’s digital consumer experience 
• Manage relationships with designated digital agencies
