About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Coordinator (Supplier Enrollment Consultant) to support all our customers Digital Payment growth initiatives. With experience and excellent performance, there is opportunity to advance to the dedicated management of specific customer campaigns. This may include responsibility for all customer communication regarding monitoring and reporting outreach campaign metrics against customer objectives and ongoing campaign needs outside of active campaigns.  Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.


In this role, you will:

  • Be accountable for the success of the customer's digital payment conversion within the campaign objectives agreed upon by customer.
  • Contact the suppliers of existing commercial customers in numerous stages of the process, with the goal of enrolling them in electronic payment solutions such as WellsOne Virtual Card or ACH payments.
  • Engage suppliers through outbound phone, email, and mail.
  • Work with clients and other Treasury Management Sales individuals to communicate customer campaign parameters, maximize enrollment success, and apply knowledge of accounts payable processes to articulate value proposition to suppliers.
  • Promote the customer's payment strategy and advocates business rules defined by the customer during every supplier conversation.
  • Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, and operational tasks within Treasury Management Sales functional area.
  • Educate the customer on fraud and risk, sharing digital payment observations and patterns, and emphasizing accountability
  • Motivate the customer to provide regular correspondence for progress by recognizing campaign success,

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Passion for driving customer success.
  • Experience with outbound phone calls and/or sales.
  • Knowledge of AR/AP processes with business to business transactions.
  • Knowledge of ACH and Virtual Card payments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel including Macros and formulas.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.


Job Expectations:

  • Position will report to one of the posted locations per Enterprise/LOB guidance currently working 3 days per week in office.
  • Preferred locations are listed in posting and no other locations are being considered at this time.

Pay Range

$23.13 - $41.11 Hourly
