HRIS Analyst (Oracle HCM Cloud) (**Job Number:** 2218308 )

Penske is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to play an essential role supporting Oracle HCM Cloud. The Analyst will be responsible for the partnering with our HR and other key stakeholders to gather system requirements, configured enhancements, and develop and execute test scripts. Additional activities include monitoring and maintaining HR data integrity though auditing, mass updates, reporting and end user support.

This position will report to the HCM Experience Manager and will work on a high performing team of Analysts. HR System analysts have regular interaction with Compensation, HR, Learning & Development, Staffing, IT, and other Leadership across Penske organizations. Additionally, HRIS works closely with external vendors and consultants to assure a high level of service for our business.

Major Responsibilities:

+ Setup and configuration of HR modules, with a focus on Compensation related configurations.

+ Create, review, and execute test scripts to verify systems are functioning as expected after, upgrades, patches, and bug fixes.

+ Analyze system performance.

+ Creation and distribution of reports.

+ Customer trouble shooting and training support.

+ Protecting data integrity.

+ Service request case management.

+ Identify and correct errors in a timely manner and escalate as appropriate.

+ Provide HR project support.

+ Document current state and identify areas of improvement.

+ User configuration and setup.

+ Other projects as assigned by the Manager

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred. If no degree, equivalent work experience is required.

+ With Bachelor’s a minimum of 2 years of experience in a role supporting business systems, including customer support, reporting, and issue resolution.

+ Experience with Oracle HCM (Fusion) Cloud - Compensation is preferred.

+ Experience with supporting processes or analyzing data related to Compensation is preferred.

+ Advanced level of understanding of systems of record and their data structure required. HR systems preferred.

+ Intermediate level of experience editing of report queries.

+ Intermediate level of knowledge with SaaS configurations.

+ Must have advanced level of experience with Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point.

+ Intermediate level of experience with Access.

+ Must have experience with technical issue resolution process.

+ Experience with System Configuration.

+ Must be able to multi-task & have strong attention to detail.

+ Advanced problem-solving skills.

+ Must be customer service focused.

+ Strong verbal & written communication skills required.

+ Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

+ Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
