Reporting into the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence (COE) Execution Change Team Manager, the Execution Change Lead will drive the design and implementation of high-profile, strategic change initiatives for the Execution Group within the Customer Remediation COE. This role will also establish and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional business partners (including Control, Quality, Planning, etc.) to mitigate risk, enhance procedures and reporting, and improve the effectiveness of the Operations team.
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, negotiate, and execute a variety of statement of works and amendments for programs, services, and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned contract initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review line of business strategic approaches and support effectiveness through creating measurable contract SLAs and business requirements
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Engage, collaborate, and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Management, Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in Contract Management

- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Ability to provide leadership to a matrixed organization environment
- Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) skills
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills
- 3+ years of third party risk management experience
- Driving accountability and flow of process
- 3+ years of contract negotiation and pricing experience
- Communications with senior and executive level leadership
- Experience driving and leading organizational change in a dynamic environment
- Procurement and supply chain management experience
- Knowledge and understanding of project coordination: financial forecasting and actual analysis
- Ability to manage initiatives involving process improvements
- Ability to organize and present analysis in a holistic manner for management decisions
- Ability to shift priorities as work flow/volume dictates
- Ability to manage initiatives involving process improvements
