Infrastructure Engineer - Military Veterans

We are looking for Technology Specialist to:

• stabilize and expand the Managed File Transfer (MFT) platform within UBS to achieve departmental and organizational goals
• work collaboratively with various teams within the organization to maintain and support the platform’s operational functions as well as to guide and lead teams as to the usage and benefits of the platforms
• carry out system performance and troubleshooting activities, manage capacity, platform changes and patching/upgrades to production/non-production environments located on UBS premises, working collaboratively with other teams within UBS Hosting Services
• configure, maintain and support the MFT platform, including its infrastructure, to ensure that capacity supports current and future demand; the platform leverages strategic technologies and offerings, plan, prepare MFT changes for the DEV, TEST and PRD environments
• plan, prepare and deliver environment refresh activities and platform upgrades and define and govern third-party tool integration with the platform
• perform L3 support on the platform to identify issues, working in collaboration with other team members and where applicable the vendor to resolve them within the agreed SLAs
