We are seeking a Program Managerto support the Satellite Control Network (SCN) within Space Systems Command (SSC) in its mission to sustain and modernize the SCN and provide highly reliable telemetry, tracking, command, communication and control (TT&C3) for more than 170 Department of Defense (DoD), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), civil and allied satellites.

As a Program Manager with LinQuest,you will provide support the Satellite Control Network (SCN) within Space Systems Command (SSC) in its mission to sustain and modernize the SCN and provide highly reliable telemetry, tracking, command, communication and control (TT&C3) for more than 170 Department of Defense (DoD), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), civil and allied satellites.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • As the Program Manager (PM) for the STS-3 Battle Management Command, Control & Communications Sustainment (BCS) program, you shall have a deep understanding of relevant Satellite Control Network (SCN) missioncritical aspects of acquisition and DoD space programs and projects.

  • The PM shall have relevant acquisition management certifications and transition easily between requirements without the need for Government oversight.

  • The PM shall have deep knowledge of Higher Headquarters, Air and Space Force, Space Command, processes and procedures as it relates to SCN functional responsibility and speak and write Air and Space Force and SpaceAcquisition terminology appropriately.

  • You will build oral and written presentations for high ranking acquisition leaders to performing in-depthcomplex analyses with a high degree of quality and accuracy.

Required experience:

  • Minimum fifteen (15) years relevant industry work experience performing acquisition management activities in the Government (military and/or civil servant), federally funded research and development center, or profit or non-profit Government support or development Contractor arena.

  • Minimum of ten (10) years shall include duties or assignments specifically in support of space acquisition programs.

  • Minimum of five (5) years relevant to Satellite Control Network (SCN) missions.

  • Senior level proficiency withMicrosoft Office Suite and the use of an electronic Government authorized informationmanagement system, collaboration portal, or integrated data environment (IDE).

    Education Requirements:

    Master degree from an accredited college or university relevant to their area of expertise limited to the following: Management,Business, Acquisition, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Technology,Engineering, and Operations Research.

    Clearance Requirements: Active TS/SCI clearance.

Compensation:The starting salary for this position ranges from 170,000/year to $230,000/year depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
