The LP Technology Lead, Store Service, is responsible for supporting the Loss Prevention technology in Store locations by executing the daily LP Service workload and prioritizing service issues that impact building security, safety, or operations.

The base salary range for this role is $66,800 - $110,400. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.


• Execute daily LP Service workload and prioritize issues significantly impacting building security, safety, or operations by expediting escalation requests or other exceptions with vendors or other partners.

• Follow up on service tickets that have exceeded service level agreements on a daily and escalate to the vendor and/or LP Service leadership to drive resolution.

• Field calls from Technicians that need support while at a Store. Remotely troubleshoot or direct them to the appropriate Vendor resource.

• Troubleshoot LP server and device issues identified and coordinate support as necessary.

• Coordinate the service parts spare pool inventory with the Finance Team and update inventory based on the current trend.

• Develop standard operating procedures for how to respond and resolve new issues as they arise.

• Oversee LP Service vendor execution, driving for a high standard of service.

• Conduct regular calls with vendors to evaluate performance and discuss service issues.

• Assign and oversee workload for assigned LP Service Contractors/Temps

• Analyze areas of responsibility and develop recommendations to improve LP Technology and related processes.

• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external business partners (i.e., Store LP Teams, RISC, IT, Operations, Executive Leadership, etc.)

• Coordinate Service budget forecasts with the Finance Team to ensure fiscal responsibility

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years of experience in Loss Prevention or related field, including experience in managing technology and vendor relationships

• Proven ability to develop and implement effective loss prevention and security programs, processes, and procedures in a large-scale organization

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
Up to 15% travel. Will require occasional driving and/or traveling overnight for business functions or site visits.
