We are looking for a senior DevOps and SW manager to lead cross org state of the art development working with multiple products and interfaces.

Our group:

The SW R&D group is a central group responsible for all infrastructure and processes in the SW, Algo and computing domain. The group also develops data solutions enabling us to expand our offering to our customers by utilizing new technologies and algorithms. Our group consists mainly of SW Architects, BE and FE teams, Devops and computing engineers working side by side to ensure high quality SW solutions for our partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all Devops activities including: CI/CD, R&D on cloud, version mgmt.
  • Manage the BE, FE & DevOps group
  • Constantly stay in sync with the latest technologies in the industry

Skills and Experience
  • Computer science/electrical engineering - BSc. or MSc. - highly preferred
  • Experience in managing large scale R&D groups
  • Experience in leading cross org technological projects and working with multiple interfaces
  • Good communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
