We need our HR Managers to be versatile as well as have exceptional communication, analytical and management skills.

In this role you provide management and HR leadership and support for our entire team.  You will recruit, interview, and evaluate prospective employees as well as hire, offer personnel development, conduct performance evaluations, counsel employees, takes corrective actions (as required), and approves terminations.  One of your roles will include ensuring that new employees receive orientation on company policies and procedures.

   

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develops and implements the program HR plans.

  • Develops Standard operating procedures for the HR aspects of the program and ensure that QIP follow them so there is operational consistency across the program.

  • Provides outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the HR program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope.

  • Facilitates forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations on the program.

  • Responsible for oversight of all HR among our team.

  • Responsible for working closely with QIC and delivery partners for integrated HR with all key stakeholders, including authorizing authorities and any/all interested parties.

  • Reports HR issues to the QIP XDS People Director and develops appropriate recommendations/resolutions/mitigations as necessary.

  • Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments.

  • Interviews and selects personnel for assignment as required. 

  • Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals; provides training and development; completes performance evaluations, conducts employee counselling, takes corrective action as necessary.

  • Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.

  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.

  • Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.  

  • Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex stakeholder environment, under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.

  • Experience in data curation; data acquisition, cleaning, and management; data interpretation and analysis; and the presentation and communication of reproducible results in an engaging manner

  • Integrity, advanced professionalism, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information

  • High-level understanding and appreciation of HR in complex stakeholder environments and within the major program sector, both internal and external, preferably within KSA.

  • Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with an influence senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors. 

  • Excellent organization and follow through abilities.

  • Excellent business judgement.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Degree in a related field (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of related experience in HR management in complex environments and project settings.
