Job Description:
GDIT is seeking highly experienced and qualified Site Managers (SM) to lead our Mission Command (MC) training teams at five dispersed Mission Training Complexes (MTC) across the U.S. Army's III Corps Area of Operation, which include Ft. Carson, CO; Ft. Bliss, TX; Ft. Sill, OK; Ft. Riley, KS; and Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), TX. The ideal candidate has extensive MTC experience and the ability to lead large complex organizations. The SM is responsible for the performance of work at the installation and has appropriate corporate decision-making authority to effectively respond to Task Order (TO) requirements. The SM shall work collaboratively and in concert with the Task Order Manager (TOM). All SMs performing work under this TO are accountable to the TOM at Ft. Hood, TX.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Successfully served as a Centralized Selection List (CSL) Battalion Commander
- Possess a minimum of 10 years supervisory experience
- Background of at least 8 years experience with military training and training support
- CGSC/ILE or equivalent level military schooling (MEL 4)
- Have experience in operations and training at the Brigade or higher level
- Have a full understanding of Army's Mission Command Training Program (MCTP), constructive and virtual simulations, and Mission Command Information systems (MCIS)
- Minimum of 5 years experience with training management at an MTC or similar operation
- Familiar using the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) to support customer training requirements
- TS/SCI
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP
- Senior Service College (SSC) qualified (MEL 1)
- Successfully served as a Centralized Selection List (CSL) Brigade Commander
- Have experience in operations and training at the Division or higher level
