Key Responsibilities


  • Leads a business unit through multiple levels of managers across a diverse employee base in multiple cities / countries.


  • Direct management responsibilities and influencing resources


  • Engage individual contributor, management, VP & C-levels in the organization.


  • Mentoring and providing guidance for global team.


  • Manage overall most difficult and complex projects and resolve critical customer problems


  • Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations


  • Develop/recommend project management processes including optimal portfolio management.


  • Drive continuous improvement process and technology.


  • Identify opportunities for automation where possible and drive implementation of technology that creates value for the organization


  • Proven ability to understand large complex integrated solutions and provide the security needed between systems


  • Partner with various stake holder groups to promote and build a culture


  • Work with a global team to help implement and proactively identify risk issues and ensure adequate solutions are in place throughout all systems


  • Establishes control-related process/procedures and while working towards building relevant security metrics and dashboards


  • Provide periodic reports to management team and key stakeholders



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree


  • 5-8 years of relevant IT experience


  • Minimum 3-7 yrs experience in People management


  • PMP or equiliavent certification with project management and processes around portfolio management.


  • Prior experience in partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful security initiatives


  • Working experience in a global company is preferred


  • Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication skills; ability to clearly articulate and visually present complex advice


  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills


  • Ability to manage multiple projects with team members from various business units/functions and countries


  • Ability to work both independently and work within a team to analyze complex business problems and recommend solutions


  • Ability to travel periodically
