This is a Hybrid position with in office requirements in the cities listed.

This Relationship Manager III - Financial Recovery Group position is full-time and is responsible for developing a workout strategy on business banking loans.  

The selected individual will develop a workout strategy on classified (special asset) loans.  They will also be responsible for analyzing financial plans, negotiating loan collection or restructuring, and recommending/overseeing the litigation, liquidation, or the charge off of a loan. If applicable, they will work with loan officers to help manage borrowing relationships as well as participate in loan watchlist preparation and review.

Quality Assurance:    Adheres to bank policies and procedures and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.  Accountable for risk management, compliance, and audit performance for the area(s) of responsibility whether a supervisor, manager or individual contributor.  Establishes or works with management to develop effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored, and controlled and compliance requirements are adhered to on an on-going basis.  If applicable, ensures staff is properly trained, provided with appropriate resources, and motivated to adhere to risk management principles.  Maintains current knowledge of risk-related changes that may impact the assigned area(s) of responsibility.  

Basic Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required. 
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial or business banking underwriting, lending, or credit experience required. 

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong goal achievement orientation. 
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and the ability and desire to provide exemplary service to our clients is key in this position. 
  • Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven and goal-oriented team environment. 
  • Basic working knowledge of PC applications.                   

Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
