As a Business Analysis Consultant within PNC's Finance organization, you may be based within the PNC footprint.

This is a remote position and can sit anywhere within the PNC footprint, except for Colorado, Hawaii, Alaska. There is limited expectation for regular in person, in office activities.

Job Responsibilities
* Provide production and project support for PNC's enterprise wide PeopleSoft Financials (General Ledger) application system
* Act as a liaison between system end users and MIS team for projects and troubleshooting
* Coordinate the monthly GL close with Corporate Accounting, Tax, etc.
* Support planning, testing and implementation of major project to replace PSOFT system to An Oracle Cloud ERP enterprise wide system including multicurrency for all modules
* Monitor access to PeopleSoft Financials including approving access and quarterly certifications
* Coordinate requests from users for updates to GL companies, sources, etc.
* Support weekly testing for GL system and communicate errors to application contacts
* Plan tasks for critical GL functions including Year End close, acquisitions, etc.
* Address issues regarding Audit, Risk and SOX controls as needed
* Support occasional weekend testing/upgrades for Business Recovery planning
* Coordinate resolution of production issues with our technology partners.
* Partner and provide exceptional customer service to Line of Business contacts

Bank Initiatives/Projects:
* Projects will focus primarily on General Ledger, Frontier Certification replacement for Account Certifications, and acquisitions activities
* Participate in system enhancement projects as workstream lead, which includes handling business as usual changes, end user requests, system upgrades, and business continuity testing.
* Develop and gather business requirements, end user, and analyst procedures.
* Provide input on design and technology solutions to meet business and functional requirements.
* Participate in testing process to certify functionality meets business requirements.
* Identify areas for improvement and partner with MIS to implement the solutions.

Specific Requirements
* Experience with operational support of a large enterprise wide financial system
* Strong financial and managerial accounting skills
* Knowledge of the bank processing including sub ledger applications interfacing to GL
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to coordinate tasks and issues with all levels of employees and management
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

* Track and ensure adherence to PNC Controls and Standards each month.
* Serve as a point of contact to help address and resolve non-compliance issues.
* Streamline and update policy & procedures to strengthen PNC standards/controls.
* Work and communicate extensively with PNC Service Partners as needed (such as LOB CFOs, Designates, Recon Areas, Audit, and Risk) to ensure compliance of controls and procedures
* Prepare and deliver documentation for FGO and internal and external Audit requests.
