The Business Analyst role will assist with the four primary areas of focus, all related to our state supported service lines (SSSL): 
Strategy State Supported Service Line (SSSL) Long term + annual planning, corridor specific long term + annual planning, matrix leadership to support key initiatives, and matrix leadership for new corridor developments. These processes have a flow of: Division Planning  Translate to State plans  lead cross functional delivery  ensure ongoing cross functional focus.

Will support the creation of an aligned and holistic state supported service line vision that unites key functions and state partners. Will support translating the long-term vision into the annual plan, ensuring stakeholders are fully aligned and have the appropriate support to deliver. Additionally, the role will work with our state partners, service design team and corridor leadership to assist in the development of an aligned vision for each of our state partnerships. In addition to being a key contributor to the vision and planning cycle, the role will participate in initiative planning that benefits state services and requires multiple stakeholders to deliver. This role will also participate in the creation of the cross divisional new corridor vision creation and have a role in creating our new corridor cross divisional service design




  • Assist with maintaining and updating the long-term plan - 5 year vision
  • Support the annual planning process (division and state)
  • Ensure details of the state service vision is incorporated into annual planning cycle and supports division planning
  • Translate plan initiatives into execution guidance
  • Assist with the internal matrix alignment and supports the quarterly matrix leadership session(s)
  • Participate in the development of new corridor vision setting
  • Assist in the creation of plans that supports new service commercial delivery



  • BA/BS in business or related field or specialized training and equivalent work experience.
  • 0 - 3 years of experience or equivalent education in business administration or strategic planning
  • Demonstrated accountability and responsibility
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving
  • Meaningful participation in creating clear business problem statements
  • Contribute to developing the approach / framework for addressing complex problems
  • Strong analytical skill set to identify root causes and shared organizational understanding
  • Active voice and contributor to the synthesis of information to create solutions 
  • Skilled communicator, that will utilize a variety of written and verbal mediums to drive alignment towards a shared vision
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly skilled at self-organization
  • Highly outcome oriented



  • BA/BS in business or related field
  • 3+ years of work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in business administration or strategic planning
  • 2+ years of experience creating divisional plans
  • 2+ years of experience working with 3rd party stakeholders
  • 1+ years of experience creating analytical models 



  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
