Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Avery Dennison is seeking a High Volume Recruiter to support recruiting for non-exempt, hourly positions for our manufacturing plants, distribution centers and office sites in North America. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting recruitment for various functions and sites, as well as sourcing and screening candidates for roles supported by other recruiters. The ideal candidate should be a dedicated and highly-engaged teammate who thrives in a fast paced work environment and can effectively partner with Human Resources and Hiring Teams across North America.

+ Support end-to-end recruitment processes for hourly positions which may include: requisition posting, sourcing and high volume phone screening, providing guidance on the selection of candidates, process offers and pre-employment steps, as required

+ Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and internet sourcing tools to fill open positions 

+ Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition Teammates to plan for hiring needs and build recruitment strategies

+ Deliver ongoing progress updates to stakeholders

+ Ensure a positive candidate and hiring team experience by providing timely feedback and consistent communication

+ Influence with data - understand talent needs and analyze hiring trends for sites and functions

+ Perform administrative tasks and project work associated with the role

+ Utilize available sourcing tools to identify candidates for open positions (those supported by both yourself and other Talent Acquisition Manager

+ Organize and attend hiring events

+ Participate in team meetings with Talent Acquisition and North American Human Resources teams. 

Qualifications

Education:

+ Bachelor's Degree required. Sourcing, HR and/or recruiting certifications in conjunction with recruiting experience will also be considered

Experience: 

+ HR and/or sourcing/recruiting experience required

+ Experience in full lifecycle recruiting with a minimum of 1+ years in high volume recruitment is preferred

+ Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with an ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels

+ Ability to flex hours, as needed, to accommodate multiple time zones

+ Ability to conduct a high volume of phone screens on a daily basis is a requirement

+ Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) is preferred.

WHERE YOU’LL WORK:  Candidate must  be able to go into the Greenfield, Indiana location and will work a hybrid schedule of onsite and remote days.
