An exciting and unique opportunity to join a team of data & insights analysts on the Commercial Performance Management team. In this role, you will interact with sales leaders, business partners and other stakeholders to develop and deliver performance reporting and insights. The role will focus on data mining, incentive plan reporting and execution, business results/metrics, and other ad-hoc analyses.

Job Description

  • Build and modify queries using SAS, R, or Python to create data sets for reporting and analysis
  • Design, build and maintain Tableau Dashboards and Reports
  • Support incentive processes, including goal and sales tracking, scorecard development, and incentive payment execution
  • Prepare and interpret results offering insights to help leaders deepen their understanding of performance and gain efficiencies to improve bottom line performance
  • Perform ad hoc analysis, dashboards and reporting as needed to support leadership and business partners
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments and teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Marketing, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a business intelligence or analyst role
  • Development skillset in SAS, R or Python
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Proficiency in Tableau
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong data visualization skills to display complex data sets in a simple way
  • Experience executing incentive plans
  • Experience pulling, cleaning, and validating data from disparate source systems
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM
  • Background in Financial Services, particularly within Commercial segment or Data organization
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a matrix organization
