Data Solutions operates in an agile environment to build products and services that are used in nearly all commercial flights and supporting operations across the globe.  These positions will focus on software development for the NOTAMS ecosystem and Jeppesen Map Kit Web common web mapping engine.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Azure development environment build out
  • Migration of environments from on premise to Azure cloud
  • CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
  • HADR environment build out
  • Agile software development and support of an agile culture
  • Develops detailed design descriptions
  • Estimates features and user stories
  • Innovates with the team
  • Participates in peer reviews of pull requests for feature code and automated test code
  • Interfaces with other members of project or program teams, management, and technical staff

This is Hybrid role with occasional on site work, 2 days per week.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud DevSecOps
  • 3+ years of experience with Azure DevSecOps

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud DevSecOps
  • 5+ years of experience in Azure cloud DevSecOps
  • Experience with YAML, Powershell, Bash, NPM, WGET, YUM, Azure template ARMs, Chef
  • Experience with migration of on-premise solutions to cloud

Typical Education & Experience:

Level 4
Technical bachelor’s degree and typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree with typically 7 or more years’ or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Level 5

Technical bachelor’s degree and typically 14 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree with typically 12 or more years’ or a PhD degree with typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.  Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Level 4 Summary pay range for level 4: $86,940 – $161,460.00

Level 5 Summary pay range for-level 5: $102,060.00- $189,540
