As a Strategy & Planning Specialist within PNC's Treasury Management Group, you will be based in Chicago, Illinois, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania or remote within the PNC Footprint (except Colorado, Alaska, Hawaii).

In this Strategy & Planning Specialist role, your work will be broadly focused in a few areas, with multiple projects running concurrently:
1. Strategic Initiatives - our team supports the TM Leadership Team in identifying strategic growth opportunities and evaluating the design and execution of those opportunities (including inorganic growth)
2. Business Updates / Presentations - work with the TM Executive on crafting updates to the TM business, broader bank leadership and external stakeholders
3. Ad Hoc Requests - complete data analysis and other one-off requests from TM leadership on an as-needed basis

Qualifications:
* Degree in a related area such as Finance, Business, Marketing, Data Analytics
* 2 years of experience (sales, operations, product, customer service)
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
* Knowledge of Toad and SQL is a plus
* Strong time management and deadline driven
* Ability to think critically and problem solve independently
* Ability to produce quality work
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
* Knowledge of Treasury Management is a plus

  • Supports a strategic initiative to understand, analyze, develop and implement strategy and planning solutions.
  • Supports team in defining business problems, issues and solutions.
  • Participates in data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned initiatives.
  • Provides analysis and solution recommendation for key initiatives. Participates in development of presentations.
  • Collaborates with senior Strategy and Planning teams to identify solutions.
