Summary: Supervises the daily activities of a warehouse support team conducting highly structured and predictable work (Discrepant Material, Inventory Management, Quality Control and Calibration). Work directly with teams to develop working knowledge of function and support team when needed. Develops or monitors work schedules, sets daily priorities, and assigns tasks to team and ensures tactical execution of all tasks. Makes decisions related to daily activities and production requirements; receives direction from manager.

Key Responsibilities

Leading a local sub-function, operates in close collaboration with onsite warehouse and operational teams. Supervises three key warehouse support functions including Discrepant Material, Inventory Management and Quality Control/Calibration. Establishes and monitors key performance indicators. Works hands on with teams to establish a working knowledge of processes. Contributes to the determination of staffing requirements; ensures effective recruitment, training, and retention of key staff to enable staff development. Oversees effective warehousing according to local operational needs. Follows commitment methodologies and processes. Generates necessary documentation, including activity/status reports, and operation review input. Administers company policies, including yearly performance review, that directly affect subordinate employees.

Seeking Policy Driven Servant Leader to assist our our growing Inventory Unit with Material Review and Quality Assurance. Prior Logistics/Warehouse leadership experience preferred but not required. Prior semiconductor experience not required.
