The Director Compensation & Benefits is a key member of the global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Center of Excellence (COE) and the China leadership teams. This role will provide functional expertise, creative C&B solutions, flexible pay strategies, market intelligence and analytics for informed decision making, aligned with Honeywell’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Influence leaders across the organization
▪ Responsible for the strategy, design, and administration of Honeywell’s compensation plans, benefit plans, and reward programs across the business
▪ Ensure consistent application of our pay philosophy, empowering HR to better support the business
▪ Deliver right and fast C&B support to foster a high-performance culture at Honeywell
▪ Drive continuous improvement to develop highly efficient compensation processes in a premiere Human Resources organization
▪ Coaching of compensation philosophy to other functions
▪ Policy development and deployment
▪ Data Analysis

You must have:
• Master's Degree
• 12+ years' experience in Human Resources

We value:
• Quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
• 8+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
• Ability to influence at varying levels across the throughout the organization
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
• Proven leadership skills
• Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
