Role Type: W2 Only
Contract Length: through 2022 
Pay: up to $65/hr.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the internal voice of the customer.
  • Defines system features and participates in validation.
  • Responsible for the scope of work that the Agile Release Train (ART) will complete, and the vision and roadmap for the ART.
  • Must be aware of other work being completed within the Portfolio so that they can help teams proactively manage risks and dependencies.
  • Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant matters, often requiring coordination between organizations.
  • Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines.
  • Recognized internally as the go-to person for the most complex assignments.

Required Qualifications/Experiences:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills.
  • Ability to conduct complex cross-functional meetings and perform timely follow ups.
  • Ability to document and report progress status, coordinate efforts, and work with other areas.
  • Planning skills, prioritization skills, and the ability to be a liaison between business stakeholders, BPO and SE personnel, etc.
  • Experience in an Agile model environment.
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Jira Align required.
  • Mainframe experience is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Languages: English (Speak, Read, Write ).
