The Junior Engineer will play a key role in onboarding new clients successfully. Together with the Project Manager and Implementations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process when it comes to the technical implementation of new clients.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Be the technical lead starting from kick-off call until the client is live.
  • Support technical implementation tasks for new clients.
  • Diagnose issues with deployed components during the onboarding process.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and operational teams, serving as a subject matter expert in troubleshooting to resolve client activation or expansion or requests from clients including testing and/or additional or non-standard monitoring.
  • Partner with Implementations, Development, QA, Unix Admins, Oracle DBAs, Configuration Management and Project Manager to provide an excellent technical onboarding process for new clients.
  • Develop advanced scripts and tools to help automate tasks, diagnose and troubleshoot application functionality and resolve data accuracy and access issues.
  • Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
  • Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related technical field or equivalent training, certification
  • 4-6+ years of experience developing/supporting enterprise -level applications in Linux server environments.
  • Deep knowledge of application architectures, workflows and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with Application Configuration Management Engineering processes.
  • Demonstrated Experience deploying application configuration and Java artifacts to systems using scripts, Jenkins, Octopus.
  • Experience with Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, Java, JVM, and load balancing technologies
  • OpenShift experience a plus
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional global team environment, utilizing on-line collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of commonly used information technology concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with medical claims processing and practices a plus.
  • Willingness to work early, late, or on weekends as projects demand is required.
