You Are:

An Industry consulting guru with tons of experience in conceptualizing, shaping & delivering technology-led business transformation in the Enterprise and Consumer Technology, Semiconductor, and Med Tech industries . Your expertise? Advising High Tech clients on transforming their business operations or business model at scale so they can crush their strategic, financial, and operational goals. As a Consultant, you’re a natural at building and bringing out the best in teams. And you’re a problem’s worst nightmare, thanks to your prodigious analytical, creative and teaming chops. Communication and people skills? You have both in spades, along with a strong desire to enable success for your clients, your team and yourself.

The Work:

+ Have a deep passion and willingness to roll-up your sleeves to unlock opportunities in some of the most pressing industrywide challenges

+ Earn the trust of senior leaders at High Tech client organizations and partner with them to address High Tech Industry specific challenges

+ Shape and deliver strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.

+ Build relationships with clients to raise Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner

+ Shape and deliver programs at High Tech industry scale with a focus on solving and grasp clients’ business options in the context of global, industry, economic, technology, and social trends.

+ Support project delivery to pinpoint the right solution to meet the needs of High Tech clients; and

+ Support projects to make sure clients are positioned for long-term success with practical road maps for carrying out Digital, IT or Cloud strategy, managing change, monitoring and gauging processes, and taking remedial steps.

+ Fortify Accenture’s High Tech Industry practice and role as a thought leader by creating content and taking part in professional forums, both internal and external.

+ Lead authentically and with a people-first mindset that fosters inclusivity and celebrates diversity. Mentor junior members, providing them with experiences to continually learn and grow.


Racking up those air miles will have to wait, as weekly non-essential travel to client sites Monday through Thursday is currently suspended. For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $89,000 - $130,000 and information on benefits offered is here. (

Here’s What You Need:

+ Minimum of 3 years experience in consultative sales & delivery of large scale business & technology transformation programs working directly with senior client leaders

+ Minimum 2 years of proven track record of delivery on complex and impactful client engagements

+ Minimum 2 years of strategy or management consulting experience

Bonus Points if:

+ A Bachelor’s degree or have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree

+ 4+ years’ experience at a strategy or management consulting firm

+ You have experience with the latest disruptors and digital capabilities impacting the Enterprise, Functional & Technology Operating Models

+ You have broad, diverse experience and knowledge of major technologies (legacy to emerging)

+ You have shown critical thinking, ability to question decisions and provide creative solutions

+ You can manage junior members of the team and can groom them for more responsibility

+ You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients

+ You have strong presentation skills: ability to synthesize information and the ability to bring a message forward

+ You have the ability to create and drive executive messaging

+ You lead in driving insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools, demonstrated advanced research skills

+ You can develop practical roadmaps that support the enabling of technology transformation

+ You can manage a variety of projects with increased complexity

+ You have developed project management abilities and have reported and escalated on time to managerial level
