Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain Contracts, Sourcing & Category Management has an exciting opportunity for an experienced contracts and/or supply chain professional to join our Systems Supply Chain Contracts team as a Procurement Agent (Level 4) in Everett, WA.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing activities related to committing company resources to purchase goods and services, developing supplier strategies, performing proposal analysis, and negotiating, executing, and administrating contractual agreements with our suppliers.
Some travel may be required for this position. (Less than 10% domestic/international travel may be required.)
Position responsibilities:
Prepare and execute negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions.
Integrate program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into negotiation and contracting strategies.
Provide oversight and contract management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.
Interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions.
Proactively communicate with the leadership team, peers, and customers. This may include the preparation and presentation of the business vision, supplier strategies, program/project status, etc.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to perform most work onsite at the listed location.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in contracts, procurement and/or supply chain processes
5+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
5+ years of experience establishing positive relationships and strong on-going communication with customers, stakeholders, peers, and suppliers
3+ years of experience reporting status and recommendations to senior and executive leadership
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience using data to develop contract and/or procurement strategies and recommendations
5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating contractual terms and conditions
Typical Education/ Experience:
Typically, 10 or more years' related work experience or military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $102,000-$140,400
