We are seeking a HR Generalist to join the HR Soluons organization to help Human Resources ensure accuracy,
timeliness and excellent service. We provide support to all Sandia employees, candidates and rertirees in their moments
that matter. This role will provide front-line customer service via phone and the case management system. This work is
performed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

On any given day, you may be called on to:
  • Work within the Oracle Service Cloud case management system.
  • Respond to inquiries to resolve HR-related quesons and issues.
  • Access informaon in mulple systems on the computer.
  • Perform administrave tasks such as collecng required informaon/documentaon from employees, managers,
  • and/or others in HR; performing data entry; sending documents and correspondence; and filing of records.
  • Collaborate with HR offices.
  • Assist HR Operations team members as needed.
  • Efficiently fulfill commitments by managing workload effectively.
  • Resolve customer service issues with tact.
  • Coordinate compliance and informaon gathering efforts in highly sensive matters.

Qualifications Required:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in Human Resources responsibilies.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in customer roles.
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing, or interpreng informaon.
  • Technical knowledge (using a computer to view, upload and enter data).

Qualifications Desired:
  • Positive attiude, strong communication skills, and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to team well with others.
  • Ability to protect and keep personally idenfiable informtiaon (PII) confidential.
  • Experience working within a case management system (Oracle Service Cloud or related).
  • Experience with PeopleSoft.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
