Job Description:

Responsibilities' include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct polygraph examinations Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph (CSP) or Expanded Scope Screening (ESS) in accordance with National Credibility Center for Assessments (NCCA) standards.
  • Adhere to the Quality Control Examiner’s (QCE) guidance during a test.
  • Documenting results and admissions of each test as required by regulations and customer policies.
  • Record and file the results in the Personnel Security file system of record.
  • Reporting any areas of concern to the Quality Control Examiner (QCE) and apply the guidance provided by the QCE.
  • Conduct a minimum of two CSP exams per eight hours of work scheduled or one ESS exam per eight hours of work scheduled, unless directed otherwise by the QCE.
  • Assist in execution of the client’s polygraph program in accordance with DoD and IC policies and regulations.
  • Conducting and administering CI scope polygraph examinations and ESS polygraph examinations to military, civilian and contractor personnel in accordance with customer’s policies, regulations, and operating instructions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within related field.
  • 11 years of relevant experience
  • An active TS/SCI security Clearance and ability to obtain a polygraph level clearance after hire.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Federal Polygraph Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
  • Excellent customer service skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven communication skills – verbal, written and listening.
  • Excellent attention to detail skills.
  • Able to work effectively according to a schedule and with minimal to no direction.
  • Experience delivering the polygraph examination report in the format prescribed, in a logically, articulate fashion, that accurately documents the results and admissions of each polygraph examination administered by the end of each day the exam was conducted.
  • Proven expertise preparing, submitting, and maintaining clear comprehensive concise and accurate polygraph charts and test results according to Federal regulations.
  • Proficient at making the necessary data entry of polygraph documentation as required by regulations and customer’s policies.
