Infor OS Lead will be part of the Infor M3 ERP platform team and will have the opportunity to be part of Infor M3 cloud suite implementation. Responsibilities will include to design and develop complex solutions using Infor OS technology services. Infor OS Lead will play a key role in supporting current and upcoming Infor M3 implementation projects and should have a deep understanding of Infor OS and experience in large ERP implementation.

A Day In The Life COULD Include:

Georgia Pacific (GP) is seeking an Infor OS Lead to fill a key position as an IT team member who will supervise development activities on the Infor M3 ERP application. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast paced project environment and work with multiple teams. This role is expected to bring and define best practices and processes to ensure conformance, with an ability to capture and document security implementation tasks and procedures. A strong performer in this role will effectively apply our culture and MBM® management philosophy, as well as demonstrate the following:

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Lead the design and development of all Infor OS development activities.
  • Work with application teams during the design phase to ensure that business requirements are met and implemented.
  • Establish a standardized policy and coding standards; ensure best practices are followed during development.
  • Mentor development team on Infor OS technology and develop skillset.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, supervisors, and external parties.
  • Support system testing and end user testing; actively work with the development team to resolve critical defects and provide an update to project leadership.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and understanding of ERP applications.
  • 5+ years of experience in Infor M3.
  • Experience in designing solutions using ION/MEC, Mashup Designer, M3 API, IDM, Datalake, H5 Script and XtendM3.
  • Experience as a team lead on Infor M3.
  • Understanding of Infor M3 cloud environment.

For this role, we anticipate paying $130,000 - $160,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
