We are looking for a talented CAD Data Management Specialist to join our team for our location in Stoughton, WI.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provides independent execution of established work processes and systems, while still developing technology or product knowledge; engages with the improvement of systems and processes.
  • Owns problem resolution for moderately complex components, products, systems, subsystems or services with a relatively low degree of technical complexity and ambiguity.
  • Conducts audits of product specification documents (e.g. CAD models and drawings) to resolve negative symptoms, as observed by CAD users, in adherence to Product Release and CAD Data Management standards.
  • Identifies internal stakeholders to collaborate with and solve queries and ensures compliance with CAD Data Management requirements.
  • Provides information and education (as necessary) to stakeholders regarding standards and rules for documenting CAD-related product definition within the Product Release System.
  • Develops and implements practices and work instructions for CAD Data Management.
  • Leads and/or participates in basic and/or complex improvement projects linked to CAD Data Management.
  • Involves minimal direct management of people, but could involve the coordination and direction of work amongst other Documentation Controllers.
  • Trains and supports less experienced Documentation Controllers.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • A regionally applicable Certification (e.g. US Department of Labor) or two year Associates Degree from an accredited college program in a relevant field of study.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
  • This role has the flexibility to be a Hybrid Remote position.
  • Pay based on experience level.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
