Create technical solutions for Honeywell which drive Commercial excellence, innovation, and reporting. You will work with Product Marketing, Engineering, Pricing, Business, and IT professionals to enable data-based decision-making solutions to accelerate organic growth and margin expansion to deliver business value. You will use your knowledge and experience to put tools, processes, and metrics in place that optimize and manage innovation, launch excellence, Value price capture , improving profitability and tracking of portfolio performance. You will use your understanding of Business practices to communicate with functions across Honeywell. You will use your innate curiosity to dig into problems, constantly asking the question "how can i make this better?"
Key Responsibilities:
· Work across functions to deliver timely, high quality, relevant business data and analytics to drive accountability and deliver financial commitments
· Develop data modeling, mining, pattern analysis and data visualization to address commercial needs
· Develop easy to use tools that drive speed, productivity and excellence in decision making
YOU MUST HAVE
· Bachelor's Degree
· A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in business data modeling, data mining and/or segmentation techniques
WE VALUE
· Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field
· Strong knowledge and/or experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, etc.), databases (SQL, etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks) and Tableau
· Commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior leadership
· Ability to translate strategy to execution. Results minded with a focus on execution
· Demonstrated ability to lead large transformational projects working with multiple function
· Ability to influence across and up in the organization
· Highly desire SAP and Portfolio Management or Product Marketing experience
· Strong Analytical skills
· A proven track record of delivering results in large, complex, matrix organizations
Excellent planning, execution, and project-management skills
Desire to break things to see how they work
Strong communications skills
