Available Shifts:

5am-1:30pm, pay range? $12-$14/per hr.

Summary:

This person ensures the process is sanitary and consistent. Performs designated culinary work and routines. Ensures that proper inventory is utilized and that the kitchen, food storage area, dishwashing are and equipment are properly cleaned according to FICO principles.

Additional duties include:

Must be prepared to work in a high-paced work environment while maintaining the organizational ability to identify and act on job functions effectively and in a timely manner.

Must be prepared to work as a team member in a dynamic environment, follow all safety procedures and protocols and have an understanding of the kitchen environment, while translating the vision of Retreat to all staff, patients and visitors.

Follows all Servsafe guidelines, State Regulations and HACCP regulations.
