Job Description:

Position Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Business System Analyst to join our team to assist with the development of retail payments platform. The ideal candidate will have a background in core banking and payments systems.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with development and architecture teams, product managers and business users to develop requirements and document process/data flows for technology solutions
  • Assist with technology estimates
  • Involve in preparing test plan / test cases and test execution of both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Participate/host calls independently with business and technology partners (offshore and onshore) in requirement gathering meetings and proactively clarify doubts
  • Should be dedicated to learning the existing application functionality and becoming subject matter expert.
  • Great attention to detail with good organization skills.
  • Well versed in writing business and technical documentation

Required Skills
  • Knowledge of Payments or Financial Services space
  • Experience gathering and preparing requirements
  • Experience preparing and documenting requirements using Agile Methodology.
  • Proficient with JIRA, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Detailed oriented with excellent communication skills with ability to work and collaborate across global teams including offshore.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to break down complex problems/ideas and come-up with creative solutions
  • Must possess the ability to handle multiple projects in-parallel and be able to work independently in addition to contributing as part of a highly collaborative and globally dispersed teams
  • Self-driven, innovative and pushes for high-quality measurable outcomes

  • Technical skills, specifically with databases and scripting languages - Ability to build test plans, develop test scripts, and traceability matrix
