Position Summary
  • This is a Delivery Lead position in Bank of America's Erica, Chat, and Voice Technology organization. The Delivery Lead is responsible for technology deliverables and integration points. They must be strong at anticipating and quickly resolving technology challenges in advance and are accountable for resolving blockers for the team. They will coordinate and onboard all technical partners.They will facilitate meetings, write project plans and provide regular updates to stakeholders.The Delivery Leads are accountable for execution and integration with all enterprise standards for project delivery.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a project manager implementing technology based projects. Ability to effectively manage project delivery and collaborate with various technology partners and agile teams.Experience with Microsoft Project required.
