The UOP Process Technology (UPT) business is responsible for UOP’s business relationships with customers during capital project planning and execution.  UPT provides customers access to licensed technology, basic engineering services, and a wide range of equipment offerings. The breadth of UOP’s differentiated technology offerings and molecular management capability enable UPT to increase the return on investment for our customers in refining, petrochemical, and gas industries while progressing their transformation objectives. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the CFO for the $1B revenue UPT business, you will be key member of the UPT leadership team and will be viewed as CFO and Chief Operating Officer (COO) working closely with the UPT VPGM. You will report directly to the UOP CFO.  You will be responsible for delivering on the business’ quarterly income goals including forecasting unsold revenue, developing long range and annual financial plans, as well as leading a team of finance personnel. As CFO, you will also play a critical role in the business’ capital allocation decisions. This role has a great mix of global responsibility, strategic support, and team leadership and development. Provide financial oversight for Honeywell’s UPT business ($1B revenue)
Design and establish clear and consistent finance management operating processes
Craft and lead annual business operating planning
Lead and design longer range financial and strategic plans (3+ Years)
Act as a thought leader by providing both financial and operational insight and perspective to the VP GM and her staff
Ensure favorable economics for new projects including milestones and advances
Develop financial tools to support operations including pricing, mix and competitive analysis
Support global capital allocation process via capex, R&D, and other organic investment trade off decisions
Drive performance through analytics and influencing
Interface with UOP controller and staff to ensure proper controls and compliance with GAAP
Lead and develop a team of ~5 Finance employees

15+ years of relevant Finance experience

EDUCATION
Undergraduate degree is required.  MBA and/or CPA is preferred
