The application tech support will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Qualifications

+ 4 years of Java experience (Minimum 3 years)

+ Advanced English (B2+ or C1 equivalent to 85%-90%)

+ Work to be performed in Costa Rica (In-Country)

+ Strong Microsoft productivity skills with understanding and experience in advanced Word features like .docx formats, Windows, Excel

+ Moderate IT skills with some knowledge of how to use (not author) XML, APIs, and relational databases and object stores),

+ Azure cloud skills are preferred but not mandatory

+ Moderate knowledge of SaaS fundamentals

+ Experienced in required technologies such as Java, AngularJS. Also, have moderate experience in Oracle DB & SQL/PLSQL, Dev tools such as Maven, Bamboo, JBoss app server

+ Resolve Incident, Requests and Problem tickets.

+ Updates and coordinates the approval of the knowledge article (Knowledge Management)

+ Act as Point of Contact (PoC) for coordinating with Dev Squad team for problem tickets and development related concerns.

+ Support configuration activities

+ Having the required understanding of principles of work with validated systems

+ Trained Agile and DevOps concepts
