This position is with the Retail Lending Solution Change Delivery team. The role will require a balance of business analyst skills combined with technical skills. You will be supporting our business partners in Retail Lending Solution to delivery accelerated growth through customer centric platforms, processes and people while managing risk.

Candidates for the position should be results-driven, problem solvers with great attention to detail and accuracy in a time sensitive environment. Preferred candidates will have an advanced business analyst skills (requirement writing, user story writing, user acceptance testing) coupled with more technical skillsets (Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, EasyBI, Tableau, CACS, Debt Manager, Auto Dialer, Excel, SQL).

Job Description

  • Provides senior level consultation and communicates with clients and technology teams on business designs, problem solving and business analysis to support project goals and objectives. Serves as a senior level expert on a variety of business processes and analysis activities.
  • Consults and recommends the frameworks, methodologies and processes involved in business requirements traceability for business analysis teams. Independently mentors, leads, and coaches other associates to affect knowledge transfer.
  • Communicates with senior level stakeholders and technology teams on complex business requirements. Provides gap analysis and facilitates future business process modeling for clients. Leverages knowledge and experience to lead technology/business recovery efforts.
  • Anticipates challenges in the delivery of products and services; recommends modifications to maintain standards in product and service delivery. Proactively seeks improvement opportunities and innovation, and fosters continuous improvement within the team Leads and participates in cross-functional teams to implement change
  • Leads multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance and effectiveness assessment. Provides direction for the successful deployment of projects.
