About this role:

The WIM Marketing Sciences team has a unique and exciting opportunity for a Senior Lead Analytic Consultant to provide Analytic support for the development of marketing efforts in the areas of Strategic Analytics and Measurement.  These roles are part of the broader team, which provides insights to inform our business/consumer marketing strategy to measure and optimize marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers and deepening relationships with existing customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with a large breadth of stakeholders and partners to provide consultation for marketing strategies based on data driven insights.
  • Formulate and answer strategic questions using rigorous analytical techniques and knowledge of the business, customers, products and marketing.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques, critical thinking and creativity towards unstructured problem solving to achieve marketing objectives.  
  • Represent analysis and insights into a clear, simple, and compelling story to influence program managers and senior management.
  • Identify and develop the right set of metrics, analytics methodology, and report/presentation to communicate actionable insights through impactful presentations to business partners that will drive future strategies.
  • Collaborate with measurement optimization partners to consult and apply agreed upon methodologies using pre-developed tools to estimate incremental impact of marketing return.
  • Support business case development through required analysis and/or ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment) estimations.
  • Perform pre-campaign target audience sizing for new or existing list based strategies.
  • Proactively manage issues and project risks.
  • Excel at problem structuring and problem solving.
  • Bring a consulting, solution, and servicing mindset to our business partners.

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 7+ years of Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and a statistical software package, e.g. SAS, R, Python
  • Working knowledge of Marketing Analytics in Financial industry is desired but not necessary for an exceptional candidate
