As an Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Support Analyst, you will:

+ Architect client specific solutions based on Oracle products

+ Design and deliver Oracle Cloud solutions for public and private organisations

+ Develop credibility and relationships with client stakeholders

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

We are looking for candidates that excel in working in a client facing environment with passion and proven delivery and architecture design skills. Candidates should be able to approach client challenges in an informed, structured and innovative way. Ideally, you have 2+ years of prior experience on Oracle applications, with focus on either designing a solution based on Oracle Cloud (OCI) or migration into Oracle Cloud or migration of Oracle applications to Cloud.

+ Previous experience of working in a consultancy environment leading workstreams and managing discrete client engagement

Essential skills/experience required:

+ Prior Oracle Cloud experience in HCM & ERP

+ Reporting Experience using OTBI, BIP, and Smart View

+ SQL experience, and familiarity with HCM & ERP cloud database tables and views

+ Ability to work independently and also collaboratively with the UK support team

Desirable skills/experience

+ Experience in HCM Extracts

+ Experience in Fast formulas (including Absence FF, and HCM Extracts FF)

+ Exposure to REST APIs and SOAP webservices

+ Data Migration using HDL and Spreadsheet loader

+ Cloud page personalisation

+ B2B Integration

+ Oracle Cloud Connector (BICC)

+ Experience of Configuring and maintaining Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM to suit business requirements

+ Workstream team lead experience - leading, mentoring and developing our people.

+ One or more relevant Oracle Cloud Certifications

+ Exposure in one of the following areas: technology architecture design, migration into cloud, cloud integration

+ Design Thinking concepts – able to brainstorm, problem-solve and present ideas using a variety of design thinking methods available

+ Ability to meet travel requirements
