We are currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join the team to assist in managing SOPs, CMMS and HSE work flows to ensure performance in accordance with legislative requirements and streamline maintenance and compliance operations. This role will require t detailed understanding of the contract KPIs and associated abatements, as well as understanding Honeywell’s role as the Facility Manager and comply with guidelines as set out in the contract arrangements. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Working alongside the Building Services Manager, to achieve compliance pertaining to successful delivery of hard and soft services to ensure KPI deliverables are met safely.
  • Actively manage and maintain compliance to all site PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) tasks.
    Manage all site accreditation process requirements.
  • Ensure detailed understanding of the contract and KPI requirement and ensure processes utilised achieve the expectations of the KPI's
  • Ensure the maintenance and service events are appropriately managed through the CMMS based system
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with Honeywell contractual, statutory and legislative requirements, including a focus on meeting Environmental Health & Safety measures.
  • Develop and maintain strong staff management systems and achieve compliance to all Honeywell policies 

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • 5 years’ experience in a highly complex operating environment
  • Ability to understand, interpret and comply with contracts and contractual
  • Strong management experience within dynamic, high pressure environment
  • Strong communication, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision
  • The ability to work under pressure and to contractual obligations
