Requires in-depth knowledge and experience on process manufacturing, field instrumentation, control system installation and implementation expertise in the following project phases: requirements documentation, detailed design generation, implementation, system integration, testing and on-site startup. Plans and coordinates technical design and engineering implementation of project work. Receives moderate level of guidance and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design or modify electrical/electronic engineering assemblies, layouts/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of moderate scope under general supervision
- Perform basic engineering analysis under general supervision
- Perform and generate basic engineering test reports under general supervision
- Generate related alpha/gamma documentation for product release
- Coordinate the procurement and assembly of electrical/electronic components/equipment and identify sources of critical parts and subsystems to resolve technical issues
- Troubleshoot a variety of moderately complex electrical problems
- Implement concepts for product issues and electrical solutions of moderate difficulty
- Assist in development of electrical product specifications
- Defines and develop General User Requirement Specifications.
- Interfaces with internal customers for requirements analysis and schedule.
- Compiles data for regularly scheduled or special reports, perform basic data analysis and prepare reports.
- Install, test, and start-up control systems on-site.
- Train operators and engineers on control systems.
Job Specific Knowledge:
- Experience in Zuken E3 schematic and cable harness design is required.
- Additional knowledge of AutoCAD and PLM tools (TcE, SAP, Oracle) will be an advantage
- Should have knowledge of Standards such as UL508A, NFPA79, SEMI S2/S10 & 47
- Good to have knowledge of controllers such as Beckhoff, Siemens
Qualification:
- Degree / Masters in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering with above criteria.
Experience:
- 5-8 years in which at least 2-3 years in Zuken E3 Electrical schematic development.

- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in an international team or independently.
