Job Description: The Content Designer/Copywriter is responsible for developing on brand and on brief copy across multiple channels. You’ll be responsible for producing and editing copy across the customer lifecycle and all relevant channels: blogs, web, events, direct mail, social, email campaigns, paid media, and social media. Working with clients and other content teams, you’ll develop highly creative content that drives engagement and results such as conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the account, content, design, and analytics teams. You are expected to mentor and supervise other content writers and oversee their work.

You know how to build integrated campaigns integrated across channels to drive impact and deepen knowledge. What You’ll Do:

+ Work with clients to help them articulate their message to their customers, translating these into creative outputs that are relevant, engaging and compelling.

+ Operate collaboratively across departments and disciplines in the execution of content to produce outstanding solutions on time and on brief.

+ Support and mentor junior colleagues, helping them build the right skills and behaviours that enhance their development.

+ Oversee the work of junior content designers and copywriters

+ Develop content based on digital and SEO best practices.

+ Write clear, usable content that is appropriate for the audience (B2B and B2C) and purpose

+ Review content for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with the clients’ tone and style guide.

+ Design content for User Experience and SEO in alignment.

+ Continually learn new skills that facilitate fresh ideas and innovative approaches to work.

+ Other ad hoc activities and projects as required

What You Need:

+ Minimum 4 years copywriting experience

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience, ideally supervising content delivery projects and junior team members

+ Able to understand, digest and crystallize the strategy and key messages

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Good at creative ideation and conceptualization

+ Excellent presentation and communication skills

+ Display creativity and excellent communications judgment

+ Experience crafting brand voice, tone, and style guides, ensuring consistent language across multiple touchpoints

+ Should work well with the team and encourage creative thinking within the agency

+ Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, In Design, Word and martech tools (SFMC, AEM, etc)

+ A strong portfolio highlighting excellence, flexibility and culture relevance, showcasing your work across multiple formats, is required

+ Bilingual with the ability to speak and write in both official languages (English and French). Additional languages are a plus.

+ English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our North America Market. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
