Scheduled Hours 37.5 Position Summary The Graduate Program Recruitement Coordinator collaborates with a team of recruitment and admission staff to facilitate movement of prospective students through the recruitment pipeline. This role focuses on initiating contact and interest in masterâ™s programs. Communication will be via email, phone and other media messaging tools. Knowledge of program admission requirements, learning outcomes and experience is required. This position will work with the Associate Director of Recruitment and Graduate Programs Recruiters to ensure delivery and coordination of information to the prospective student pipeline. This includes assisting with coordination of events and other items related to graduate program recruitment. Job Description Ability to travel to on and off-campus locations as needed. Â May be required to move/lift Primary Duties & Responsibilities General Responsibilities: Generates interest in the Olin Masterâ™s programs through email and phone conversations. Works with the Customer Relational Management (CRM) System to track communication and outreach with prospective students. Qualifies prospective students in pipeline with 1:1 email and phone communication. Assists students with pre-enrollment activities and participates in program orientation. Marketing, Events & Recruitment: Supports recruitment team through coordination of recruitment events such as webinars and campus visits. Coordinates with internal and external team members to create communications for prospective and admitted students. These communications may include emails, phone calls, relevant industry or program news releases, blogs, call campaigns and recruitment or yield information. Participates in on- and off-campus recruitment events for prospective students and participates on admission and recruitment-oriented panels as needed. Assists the recruitment team in identifying market trends and develops recruitment and admission strategies, collaborates with the Marketing department on projects and creative initiatives. Assists the team in executive quarterly updates on web and other marketing materials to ensure accurate and consistent data is being presented and disseminated appropriately. Develops PowerPoint presentations for virtual, on- and off-campus marketing purposes and ensures that program presentations are up-to-date with correct information, updated faculty, ambassador and alumni profiles when applicable. Computer and Technical Expertise: Establish expertise in CRM, the application system, the interview scheduling system, the event system and other computer systems as needed. Collaborates with the Admissions team on end-of-cycle prospect record clean up, program audits, final program data and orientation surveys. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelorâ™s degree or equivalent education and experience. Grade G09-H Salary Range $21.60 - $33.45 / Hourly The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
