Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary Position assists in maintaining the goals and objectives of the Radiological Sciences Division of Radiology in financial matters with responsibility for all accounting functions within the Division. Acts as a liaison between Division leadership and Research Center administrative support staff. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Implements development, production and distribution of financial reports to the research centers on a monthly basis. Approves Workday transactions, social, equipment, travel and grants budgeting projections.          Prepares quarterly reports, annual payroll and monitors budget for division. Analyzes, evaluates, and recommends changes in accounting procedures for the department. Assists with special projects, such as division financial planning initiatives, the Annual Research Symposium and other academic seminar series. Establishes and maintains systems to monitor department income and expense, with an ability to make projections to end of fiscal year balances. Assists in processing visas for foreign nationals working on behalf of Radiology, as needed. Acts as a liaison between divisional administrative support and divisional leadership. Performs other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Excellent communication abilities. Working knowledge of general office equipment, computers and calculators. Effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Experience utilizing programs/software, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Workday, etc. Required Qualifications Equivalent of a bachelorâ™s degree in business/accounting with five or more years of experience in accounting, financial, auditing or related field, including word processing and spreadsheet. Grade G10 Salary Range $45,800.00 - $75,900.00 / Annually The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
