In this role, you will:

  • Manage and support global treasury activities including funding, liquidity risk management, asset and liability management, capital management, financial performance management, and related activities
  • Monitor and evaluate global market conditions and provide overall advisory on treasury finance risk
  • Be responsible for complex reporting and analytics on treasury finance metrics
  • Ensure accurate recurring deliverables are completed and compliant with various treasury risk management regulatory requirements
  • Ensure data quality and establish controlled processes
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit, Corporate Risk Management and Model Governance teams as well as outside parties including regulatory agencies, accounting and consulting firms
  • Make recommendations to more experienced group members and management
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Review the Company's CCAR, recovery, and resolution forecasts for both balance sheet and net interest income
  • Utilize subject matter expertise to provide valuable analysis and presentations to key executive decision makers on stress forecast assumptions and results
  • Manage ALM's relationships with key business partners to seamlessly execute and analyze the forecast
  • Develop and analyze new and improved forecasting frameworks to drive additional scenario results
  • Create and maintain tools and templates used for analysis and reporting, assessment of model performance through validation and back testing, development and coordination of asset liability-management model solutions
  • Support the group's key deliverables including the reporting of balance sheet forecasts across multiple scenarios, monitoring of stress test results, procedures for key processes and controls, and project-based work around developing and enhancing emerging forecasting needs

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with general ledger, balance sheet/product offerings, management reporting, and material legal entity structure
  • Proficiency in Essbase/Smartview
  • Experience using QRM or similar asset liability management models/systems
  • Expertise in understanding complex accounting and finance concepts
  • CPA, CFA, MBA or other post-graduate certifications and/or degrees
