This position will support US Fixed Income Team which includes Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts. Team Assistant may also work closely with other teams within the Investments Division (1 of 6 Divisions), in particular Trading, as well as collaborate with other Administrative teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Team support
    • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
    • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
    • Filing (electronic and physical)
    • Book travel arrangements
    • Process invoices and expenses
    • Coordinate event approvals and maintain events log
  • Office management support
    • Coordinate business continuity plans (i.e. ad hoc office comms, call tree testing)
    • Maintain contact lists
    • Order office supplies


Your Skills & Experience:
  • At least 5 years of previous experience as an administrative assistant
  • Highly motivated individual, who would be flexible in dealing with changes
  • Pervious experience working in a large financial services company is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and works effectively with others
  • Knowledge of Power Point and Excel are required
