Be the site leader, for all Integrated Supply Chain-related matters: factory operations, business customer Integration center, and the EMEA-based Global Distribution center on-site.

Be a change agent for Safety culture, continuous improvement culture, deploying Honeywell Accelerator initiatives based on Six-Sigma & Lean principles, by leading key initiatives at the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • To be in charge of Site Safety culture nurture and development.
  • Responsible for factory & Customer Integration Centre Operations: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory (SQDCI) Operational Metric Board.
  • Responsible for Strap 3-5 years horizon implementation using X-Matrix tools and managing AOP (Annual Operation Plan).
  • Provide strong leadership and vision.
    Responsible to develop inter plant relationships to optimize, knowledge share across Systems GBE (Global Business Enterprise) and other inter GBE relationships.
  • Responsible to manage the Honeywell functional structure to ensure that each function delivers on-site needs, managing matrix and direct report lines to effect needed performance.
  • People development: MRR & TBI (Attract, Retain & Develop talent) and PLI (People Leader Insights) – to manage culture to improve VOW survey – Employee Engagement.


  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing sector as a Plant Manager
  • Sales & Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) Demand and Materials management supply-based skills are required.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or Primary degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, and Bulgarian.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective decision-making skills


  • Experience in a projects-based environment. 
  • Six Sigma Certification.
