You Are:

+ A professional with business experience in Sales-to-Cash, CPQ and Pricing applications and methodologies.

+ Have a strong understanding of the end-to-end sales-to cash journey, and have help large clients assess, design requirements and implementation solutions.

+ Have relevant experience with large scale transformations and business engagement/client facing skills in addition to the ability to demonstrate successful service quality and experience managing junior resources.

+ Are passionate about helping clients solve complex challenges and supporting them through critical transformations.

+ Can design and implement sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architecture required to bring customer strategies to life.

+ Understand the ins and outs of front-line sales and service organizations, and ready to apply your knowledge to clients optimize and transform their sales and service solutions.

+ Ready to dive deep into creative and analytical thinking to solve problems and transform challenges into opportunities

+ Working in an agile, fast-paced environment energizes you, and you’re at your best when contributing to a team.

The Work:

+ Support the assessment and implementation of Sales-to-Cash Sales & Service transformations; Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, design and advise on functional and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people, process and technology.

+ Ability to deliver dynamic technology consulting projects with heavy client engagement

+ Evaluate clients’ current enterprise Sales-to-Cash and/or CPQ functions and recommend solutions that address their unique market and organizational needs

+ Help deliver client assessment portion of Sales-to-Cash and/or CPQ strategy engagements, develop cohesive conclusions and present key findings at the executive level

+ Implement Sales-to-Cash and/or CPQ change-management initiatives that drive adoption, ease implementation, and position Accenture solutions for long-term success

+ Ability to identify potential value creating opportunities, creating the business case and developing the requirements to implement the strategy

+ Support and manage Sales-to-Cash and/or CPQ implementation engagements (requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.), from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, deliverables, and risk assessment

+ Synthesize overall business and technology needs by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements.

+ Build relationships with clients to sustain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner

Here’s What You Need:

+ Functional knowledge of end-to-end Sales-to-Cash business process design including marketing, sales, quoting, product configuration, pricing, contract management, order management, fulfillment, billing/invoicing, collections, customer service, and etc.

+ Experience leveraging Sales-to-Cash and CPQ fundamentals and knowledge of tools and technologies to conceptualize relevant solutions that meet client's business needs

+ At least 3-5+ years of experience in management or technology consulting Sales-to-Cash and/or pricing transformation projects within Financial Services, Consumer Packaged, Media, Telecom, and/or Life Sciences industries

+ 2-3+ years experience implementing or delivering Sales-to-Cash and/or CPQ pricing software implementation (from requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.), from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, deliverables, and risk assessment

+ Ability to build and communicate Sales-to-Cash and/or CPQ specific Value Cases that are the basis for large enterprise wide initiatives

+ Being able in a compelling way to tell the story of a large change or transformation to a senior client audience

+ Strong client relationship development and client management skills

+ Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

+ Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

+ Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting

+ Bachelor's Degree

Bonus Points If:

+ You have CRM and CPQ certifications

+ You have prior experience implementing or delivering CPQ applications, primarily Salesforce, Oracle, Vlocity, Apttus, or SAP

+ You have experience facilitating design thinking workshops to help our clients re-imagine their future

+ You are familiar with the selling processes and you’ve pitched proposal and solutions to help solve problems

+ You have experience or background in the following industries:

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,288 - $167,600 and information on benefits offered is here.
