Classification Title: Administrative Coordinator II College/Division: College of Information and Communications Department: CIC Sch of Journ and Mass Comm Advertised Salary Range: Commensurate with experience Advertised Job Summary: The Administrative Coordinator II provides executive level support to the Director of the School of Journalism and Mass Communications, while also responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing administrative support to the school's faculty, staff, and students. This includes, but is not limited to, accounting functions, such as travel and expense reports, student hires, course scheduling, scholarships, and event planning. Serves as the Office Manager for the School of Journalism and Mass Communications. Contributes to college/school efforts by performing other duties assigned or required. Advertised Minimum Qualifications : Master's degree and 3 years related experience in business, public administration or administrative services, or bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience; or equivalency.
