We are looking for a digital solution specialist who will be responsible for creating internal and external relationships to aid in the training and adoption of digital tools, conceptualize plans for target customers, and help in creating a culture of digital advancement in our organization. 


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Be an ambassador for digital solutions for the organization, including traveling to our branch locations and events to showcase our digital tools.
• Work with sales, operations, and customers to propose solutions and implementation plans
• Utilize feedback to contribute to prioritization and design of eBusiness platforms and customer experiences
• Logs and reviews company and/or external digital solution requests
• Provides support, researches, and resolves customer issues
• Work with team on development and testing of new features
• Identify, track and measure customer-specific Digital solution adoption and growth
• Coordinate and collaborate with the development team on a regular basis
• Participate in investigating, creating, testing, and supporting new eBusiness solutions which will benefit the organization and customers.


Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• Outgoing, outside the box thinker
• Team and goal oriented
• Experience working in a project-based environment
• Strong Communication skills; written & verbal
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and trouble shooting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Technical aptitude to learn other company systems, applications, and interfaces
• Effective time management skills
