Software Lead - Components

Description

We are looking for a talented Software Lead - Components to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Components Business Segment in Columbus, IN and Hybrid to your remote home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support development on a global team (US, India, China)
  • Lead and develop a small team in the US
  • Provide technical resource estimates for quotes and detail for releases
  • Establish development processes and practices
  • Identify and manage technical risks
  • Support development priority in an agile environment for features/backlog with customers

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • College or University degree in Engineering or related field is required
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or related field is highly desirable
  • Must have background working with the C\+\+ programming language and one or more of the following operating systems: Android/iOS/Windows/Linux
  • Must have a least 5 years’ experience working in a similar or related role

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
